We do our best to avoid customs duties and taxes, however, upon entry you may be charged based on your local sales taxes or import duties. If you are concerned, you can contact your local customs office.
We aim to have all your orders dispatched ASAP. In some instances, due to high volume of orders please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be fulfilled and dispatched.
Her Top Shop Returns Policy
You can return full priced items for store credit in a form of a gift voucher within 14 days of receiving your purchase, on change of mind. All sale items are final can not be returned for exchange or store credit on change of mind.
Store credits valid 3 years.
No refund on change of mind. Please select your items with care as refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty. Should you find your item is faulty we will provide a replacement or where not possible refund the item.
* Customers shopping are required to pay for their return shipping costs (including exchange orders)
How to Make a Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Her Top Shop will accept a return if the item is:
Sent back within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Item must be new and unworn with all original tags attached, does not have make-up, tan marks, smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder.
Once we have received your return order please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return and our team will contact you via email.

Please Note: In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, JB HER TOP SHOP is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes payments made via ZIP and AFTERPAY. We will inspect all return items upon receipt and returns which fail to comply with the above will be sent back.
